sensible experience

training programs

Each training is co-created, with duration and practical arrangements defined together. My approach is based on three main pillars:

  • Connecting with the living world
  • Connecting with oneself
  • Connecting with others

These pillars are explored through various modules, including:

  • Transforming your practice through sensory experience
  • Mastering the language of sensations, emotions, and thoughts
  • The body as a mediator of perception
  • The “lenses” of perception
  • Sensory experience and creativity
